I believe BraunAbitiy should stand behind the products they sell! I purchased a brand new 2017 **** Explorer, with the BraunAbility modifications. All the metal pieces required to perform the modification on my SUV are extremely rusted and beginning to fail. I spoke with Braunability on more than one occasion they agreed to replace some of the parts, but not all of them. The factory paint on my **** Explorer is in pristine condition. Very disappointed with BraunAbility. They dont consider customer satisfaction. They also dont back their warrantys with their products. In fact, I never saw a warranty for my sons turny seat. I regret purchasing an adaptive seat due to many , many issues. They only promise goodwill gestures instead of issuing full refunds. I am so tired of hearing about goodwill gestures. My Braunability 2021 ****** had multiple pieces of interior trim misaligned. Very sloppy fit and finish, contrary to Braunabilitys quality marketing claims. To their credit, these pieces were replaced and properly re-installed. The passenger side Braunability lower door extension did not meet up with the weatherstripping, leaving a hole to the outside, with r.esultant road noise. We purchased a van with your under vehicle lift. Over a period of time a short appeared in the cord between the controller mounted on the side of the van and the handheld remote. The fix would be very easy just to cut out about 1 inch of the cord and put a new clip on the end of the cord. I bought some clips over the counter at the hardware store. Advertised they understood the needs of people. Apied for loan did not hear anything for a Month. When contacted they said the only go through dealers. So why have button that's says apply on web sight? Also very little communication.
Purchased 2019 braunability Toyota sienna van. 7 check engine lights later (owned only 6 months) and 5 Toyota dealership visits plus three to dealership where I got the vehicle, no resolution Now braunability says they have had this problem before with exhaust placement, oxygen sensor issue affecting check engine light I feel duped.
I purchased my 2007 Toyota Sienna Rampvan brand new back in 2007 and got it delivered in Jan 2008. I have maintain this van religiously and done every possible scheduled service to maintain this van working in perfect order as long as I can. Recently though I am uncovering a hidden danger that is not visible when being serviced until it is too late and may be beyond repair.
