I paid for a piece of paper that I didn't need. I was supposed to see a physician and he didn't even come in to speak me. I needed a form by a physician in Hawaii. He ordered a lab for something I just got done. The girl at the desk said all I needed was the form and they just did it for the exact same company that needed the form. I'm not going to assume why he did this, but it was unnecessary. It's crazy to be treated differently. My job didn't need the test, just the form. Experiences with amber and Chris have been great. They listen, and do a thorough exam, and willing to discuss options. Never feel rushed, appreciate the quality care.
I usually see Chris, he was on break until 3pm & I was able to see Amber. Because, I had my son w/ me & couldn’t wait until 3pm. I really wish I had waited because Amber tampered w/ my prescription strength & I’ve already felt absolutely horrible effects of her lowering my dose. She was extremely rude to me, I had told already about Chris told me I was able to see him because of the shortages on the island for Psychiatric Doctors. I’ve been on this medication for over 12 plus years & she completely messed up what I asked her... read more
Just a heads up that they actually stop taking patients at 7:30 pm, not 8 pm. Call ahead!
Absolutly great experience. Dr. Was very knowledgable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful!
