BEST Urgent Care on the Windward Side ! All of the staff are great, there are sometimes long lines (welcome to paradise...), but also I would much rather wait in line to see one of the Doctors here than to try to find quicker help , you get what you wait for...and don't the best restaurants always have a line? There is a reason... They're great.. From the front staff, to the doctors. Shane & staff are great. They’ve always been fantastic with me & my family.We’ve been in many times over the years and will continue to when in need of medical help and/or advice, referrals, etc. Many of our friends and employees go here as well when needed. It’s disappointing to see some of the negative reviews left here mainly because of the hours or that some people are referred to a hospital. It’s Urgent Care, not the ER. I paid for a piece of paper that I didn't need. I was supposed to see a physician and he didn't even come in to speak me. I needed a form by a physician in Hawaii. He ordered a lab for something I just got done. The girl at the desk said all I needed was the form and they just did it for the exact same company that needed the form. I'm not going to assume why he did this, but it was unnecessary. It's crazy to be treated differently. My job didn't need the test, just the form.
