We had a great experience with Braun Turf Farms. Sod looks so lush, healthy, and so green. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone so friendly and very personable. Cut fresh to order. Enjoyed having small talk with Jenny at the office and one of the gentleman in the sod field. Recommend 100%
The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with at any company. Repeatedly made snide remarks about my elderly father because he needed simple directions, told me that she had to write “nightmare” next to my name on a post-it because said father needed directions. Who legitimately rips on a someone for their age, and one whose done many many yard projects on his own land over the years??? Told me to a bring a trailer that would accompany sod, showed up and wouldn’t load it. Threatened to charge for it. Also didn’t return m... read more
