made a lot of promises and changed them. Said we were not going to court and apparently the judge ruled and i never even saw the judge at all. all allegations were covered up and not investigated tp protect my brother, the state of Michigan employee. Charged me a lot and did not present my case. She worked for the defendant, not me. Now she refuses to talk to me and explain what happened because she know she is wrong
if you got a strong case and plan on going on going to court and the very least, plead your to the judge. And practice your judicial rights and the right to fair trial, do not count it when iit is court time. you will be all alone and the defendant, attorneys and judge will. be having court with out you. Till this day, can not understand/ oh and she will make you sign your rights away. so the criminal can walk free and never have to account for his illegal actions/
