My family who are visiting and I went to this Braum's location in Waxahachie, TX and we had the most awful experience going to a fast food restaurant. My husband placed the order at 5:15 pm, and we were wondering why our number was not being called when every else who ordered after us got their food. I wish I could give this Braum's zero stars. We were in town today visiting and playing at the park and thought we would order burgers and have a picnic. I tried ordering online and the site said that online ordering was down, so I called the restaurant and asked if I could place an order.
