homemade ice cream What a great way to end a day at the beach. Brusters has a wonderful selection that changes daily. Their waffle cones and huge and nice and soft. Children under three feet tall get a complimentary small cone. A great deal!
Bruster's Real Ice Cream is Fine, but not at this location! I have been to many Brusters and had great experiences. I will have to say this was my worst ever. Apparently the owner does not like kids as he passive aggresively communicated that to us with dirty looks. We gave him business, in the rain, and in return he was put out by kids running around and climbing on a table, that was a picnic table by the way. Great food, reasonable prics. Pros: - Great food ("homestyle" American). I love their french fries. They also make excellent ice cream sundaes, milkshakes, and ice cream cones. - Reasonably priced. Get the food out to you reasonably fast. - Nice enough sitting area inside to eat. It's usually reasonably quiet. Downside: - On a busy road, so there's some traffic when trying to get there.
Good stuff I've always loved Braum's and this store does not disappoint. They are very clean, have friendly staff, and I always leave happy.
Specializing in Thick Hand Made Milk Shakes Although ice-cream is their specialty, they also offer many dairy and bakery products including fresh milk and bread. They also serve incredible burgers made fresh to order either for dining inside or take-out through their full-service drive through. Great family atmosphere with outside dining and well light parking lot. PROS: Ample parking CONS:
Family Friendly I love this place for two reasons. One, it is family friendly - meaning that you always see families here eating and not as many teens hanging out. Two, they have a drive through. If you have a craving for ice cream or even just need a gallon of milk and you have the kids strapped into the carseat, you can just drive through and get what you need (or crave). They are also one of the few places that have peppermint ice cream, which is one of my favorites.

Braum's Ice Cream is top notch We love Braum's. They make a great Heath bar Mix. The small size will fill you up with rich goodness. Their small grocery section has a good collection of dairy products. We like the milk and cream, along with the large tubs of ice cream.
Braum's Ice Cream serves great ice cream. This brand new Braum's was so clean! They have the same wonderful ice cream selections and produce choices. The location is closer to Coit Road on the north.
