Sat at the drive-thru for 11 minutes no one ever came on to take my order. Be my last visit to the downing braums. Hire employees that do their jobs.

Decided to try Braums for a breakfast sandwich for the first time. Truly disappointed; apparently there is no quality check of their food. The muffin was in pieces, yet they still wrapped it up and sent it with us. Won't make the mistake again; too many other choices right down the road
