The male manager on duty around 740pm was very rude. He made a comment asking his staff who wanted to make my order of ice cream in a very uncomfortable manner! We ended up taking our ice cream to go
Disgusting, all the trashes full, tables covered in food, floor gross, and everything covered in fingerprints. By the time I finished my food one of the employees was on their like 3rd cup of ice cream they got for themselves! Not a single one of them had gloves or anything as they handled my food and drinks. I've never seen braums this bad before. 🤢 Please fire the entire night shift, then maybe I'll come back. 🎀
