We stoped here on the 3-8-2015 thinking cause of it being a Braums it would be good never could have been more wrong! The food was nasty and cold and not how we asked for it!

Braums products are 2nd to none, however their employees need customer service training. With 9 people standing in the ice cream line this evening, no one acknowledged us standing there, such as; Ill be with you in just a moment." All 9 customers stood looking at each other while a young lady opened ice cream mix for the machine. i went through the drive through, service was very unfriendly! I get back to work assuming that my order is what i ordered and it was completely wrong. I mean come on how hard is it to read a screen and put the food in a bag!
