Amazing ice cream and food, as always. The drive thru line can get backed up pretty quickly when they're busy, and that interferes with parking.
Went through drive thru and was helped quickly. Was handed food but no shake, but told to wait for it. When handed the shake the person dropped the straw on the ground, picked it up and handed it to me. I get it's in a wrapper but it still felt unsanitary. As I drove away the shake made a mess as it dripped down the side. It was over full and the lid was not on all the way. It got all over my hands, steering wheel, cup holder, and dripped down the front of me. Good food. Poor service.
