I ordered food to go inside. When we got home, we realized there were no fries, and I had been overcharged for my combo. We went back, and they offered the fries and said I had asked for a medium malt. Never blame the customer in any interaction. Ask: "Did you order the medium malt?" Always apologize and show empathy for the issue; none of that happened here. After poor service from the original server and bad service when I complained, my wife asked for a full refund. Has Rats. Horrible management. Employees almost never wash their hands. Worked there for a couple months. Eat somewhere else. Anywhere but here.
