Literally the sorriest Braums i have ever encountered. I live 2 min away by the time i got home my burger was soggy and fallin apart i ask specifically to fry my fries on spot. They were hard and cold. Sorry sorry sorry!!!!
Great burgers and ice cream! We were from out if town and stopped for a quick bite. We went back again due to the quality an prices!
Went to Braums in Elk City today for lunch. I wanted a country fried steak sandwich with pepper jack cheese, tomato, & mustard. They have discontinued their steak sandwich. Was disappointed but said "oh well " & decided on something else. I asked for the 4 cheese burger. Now I feel if something is offered I should be able to get it fixed how ever I want it. This Braums at intersection of Browntrail and Colleyville Blvd. This store has recently been remodeled. Location is slightly awkward, but worth it if your just wanting to grab a few items. Quick in and out on the grocer side. Favorite place for families on Sundays.
Worst service ever, I don't know why I keep going back. They did not supply everything on the receipt, and what they did supply was not correct. I spoke with the GM Eric Wilson who agreed to replace EVERYTHING on the receipt. I had to send my co-worker to go get the replacement. Still did not get EVERYTHING on the receipt.
Braum's is a nice clean place to eat and very friendly people to take orders from. It's all round a great place to visit.
Overall ok. But they don't have a changing table which is a major inconvenience.
My family was treated here by a native. She told us she would bring her kids here and assured me that my kids would equally enjoy it. She was on point! I'm from New Orleans and have done quite a bit of traveling, both in country and abroad but I was astounded by the grocery/restaurant/ ice cream parlor concept. The store was immaculate! The food was absolutely delicious ( as I can only speak of the ice cream, burgers, chicken tenders and fries). They have great flavors, and some of their flavors are a little risky but I am willing to take that amazing risk. I would love to go here as often as I want.
