Horrible service at the drive thru like always they are very slow attending the orders I'm having 3 cars on front of me and another 5 cars behind to much time to spend at this location
What have you done to the meat? Mostly tastes of gristle. ! Cleanliness horrible. Food on the walls and the tables uncleaned as well as the seats, windows, you name it. Used to love Braum's but starting to question if new management has taken over or if the health code policies aren't being upheld. Does the front look like the back? Sincerely a concerned customer.

Totally disgusting. The restaurant compared to other Braum’s was a major disappointment in the cleanliness. From the windows to the molded dusty ceilings to the sticky floors with bugs crawling across all the way to the seatings stained from never being wiped down was a complete shock. The man who took our order had placed his hands in his mouth and removed something from it. The lady who I assum was the manager was in the back on the make line on her cell phone. Ordered a big country breakfast with gravy while on break. Get back to work and no gravy. Service sucks.
They have friendly fast tasty service. Love my Braums. There is no better burger or ice cream in town.
