Customer service was terrible, woman had an attitude while taking my order. She gave me the wrong information and when I said what I wanted she started getting rude. Lowers my Braums rate. Needs to be fired immediately.
I don't want to wait 10 minuets in the drive thorough for some soggy ahh fries just to have them remade and not salt them. What a clown show. "Manager" on fry station.
Needs to be cleaned
Just at Braun's tonight, ordered ice cream sundae and yogurt twist through the drive-thru. Got to the window and handed the yogurt twist which is already dripping out the bottom of the cone. The sundae was already pretty melted. By the time I got it home it was leaking all over the car. Crazy!
