Really disappointed with my lunch this afternoon from our Ark City Braums.. Smallest chicken patty I've ever seen come out of their kitchen. And with how thin and pathetic this patty is it's highly over cooked and dry. 4 chicken sandwiches in my order and every other one was twice as thick and twice as wide.
Always delicious
Unfortunately the customer service at the drive-thru during the morning shift has been consistently poor. The woman working the pickup window is often very rude, sometimes not saying a single word when handing out the order and rolling her eyes when simple requests like asking for ketchup are made. It feels like customers are just being rushed through as quickly as possible with no basic courtesy.
