It took my partner and I over 2 weeks to hear back from an application turned into this agency. Asking for our co-signer to make 7x the rent with a 750+ credit score is ridiculous considering I myself already make 3x the rent they were asking for. I showed one of the units on Fruitland Studio City to a renter. Melanie answered all renters questions with patience and politeness also very professional. Building was very clean and beautiful and the unit for rent was very updated with brand new washer dryer and refrigerator.

Terrible place to live. The water is shut off almost every month for an entire day. There is never enough parking. Maintenance workers can enter your apartment while you’re away, and I’ve even noticed my belongings had been moved afterward. The worst part is the constant construction. For the past three months, I’ve been woken up almost every morning by loud drilling and construction noise starting around 7 AM. I have repeatedly complained to management, but they simply ignore my messages. I would not recommend living here.

Her enthusiasm and warmth made the stressful process of looking for a new apartment enjoyable and stress free.
