I showed one of the units on Fruitland Studio City to a renter. Melanie answered all renters questions with patience and politeness also very professional. Building was very clean and beautiful and the unit for rent was very updated with brand new washer dryer and refrigerator.
Terrible place to live. The water is shut off almost every month for an entire day. There is never enough parking. Maintenance workers can enter your apartment while you’re away, and I’ve even noticed my belongings had been moved afterward. The worst part is the constant construction. For the past three months, I’ve been woken up almost every morning by loud drilling and construction noise starting around 7 AM. I have repeatedly complained to management, but they simply ignore my messages. I would not recommend living here.
I wanted to leave a review based on my leasing experience, specifically with the team members who showed me the apartment and processed my application. This review is long overdue, but a must as I have to give a shout out to Melanie for all the time and effort she put into helping me view available units across multiple cities. Her enthusiasm and warmth made the stressful process of looking for a new apartment enjoyable and stress free. She was attentive and responsive to my needs and inquiries and for that I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move.
