This company is amazing. Agent Melanie is such a sweet heart, she help me with everything i needed to get into my apartment. She is a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. Thank you Braum real estate.
Melanie and Anca are absolute angels. They worked hard to make sure we were approved. It took using one of their programs but I’m very very happy our family put trust in this company and its people. All this was done while I was in the hospital and states away!
Other than my wife, the person I text with the most seems to be the building management — mostly about the weekly ‘EMERGENCY WATER SHUT OFF’ updates. Good building overall, though.
All 4 women were super nice and very helpful to me Melanie and Adaline and also ANCA there were very helpful and super supportive and attentive for my new home search thank you all very much for helping me through it yall are amazing
The company sucks .after they run your credit your done. 805 credit, no eviction, 3x rent ,still no status of my application. Waste of money!!!They don't even call you . I'm the one who always calls them for an update.
