Went to pay my home insurance and had to get them to put my name right on the policy. Hopefully next year they spell my name right. Cause I've went in there for 2 years to correct the problem.
BVW did not update age of new roofs at renewal for 2 years even though the agent was notified (BVW claimed roof age did not change the quote), when we found a much better rate on a much better policy elsewhere BVW refused to prorate our refund (short rated instead) and claimed the carrier makes that decision instead of the agency. BVW had a good agent several years ago, but when they left we had a very bad experience. Unsure if they have any good agents now, but ours was bad. Great employees and amazing service 10/10
Braud Vaughn & Williamson and specifically Chuck charged me an insanely high amount and referred me to an absolutely terrible insurance company who gave me incorrect information about my insurance policy that another provider had to correct costing me time and money.
Seevice was super bad.
