I had the displeasure of paying Brattleboro tire $50 today just to be told I had a rusty break rotors and they would not inspect my car. (Mind you this is a 2019 with about 36k miles on it.) While I will not argue that there may be rust on the rotors the fact that they were more than willing to offer me a full brake inspection (and I am sure sell me new rotors.) seems suspect.
