All of the staff have made me feel comfortable, seen, and understood. Feels good to be treated like a person with warmth.
Greatest communication! They did a great job for my attempt at vbac. The secretary's were very nice always smiling. Nurses and drs were very kid friendly and gave time to answer my child's questions. Very short waiting room time. Tried "sweeping" to help 4 times and gave me every safe opertunity to try for the vbac. Better than my first birth at a different hospital I went to.
My wife is trying to get an appointment here and no one answers the phone. She showed up in person to schedule an appointment and they said they'd call her. They called once at 9 am and then didn't answer any of her calls or return any voicemails. She needs an ultrasound, she has insurance, the lady at the front desk was rude and apparently doesn't like pregnant women
