Greatest communication! They did a great job for my attempt at vbac. The secretary's were very nice always smiling. Nurses and drs were very kid friendly and gave time to answer my child's questions. Very short waiting room time. Tried "sweeping" to help 4 times and gave me every safe opertunity to try for the vbac. Better than my first birth at a different hospital I went to.
My wife is trying to get an appointment here and no one answers the phone. She showed up in person to schedule an appointment and they said they'd call her. They called once at 9 am and then didn't answer any of her calls or return any voicemails. She needs an ultrasound, she has insurance, the lady at the front desk was rude and apparently doesn't like pregnant women
I wish there was more than five stars to give! The providers and staff in this practice are remarkable! I had my 5th child with them as I wanted more personalized care in a smaller hospital. The CNM’s were exceptional, I met all three OB’s throughout the duration of my care who were all nothing short of exceptional as well. I felt seen and heard for every concern I might have had. 10 out of 10 experience!
I have had the absolute best experience with this practice. Everyone is wonderful especially Dr. Tennant. I had surgery and a hospital stay and can’t say enough good things.
