I truly hate the doctors office, but the staff at Brattleboro family medicine made my experience so much more comfortable! I’m happy I chose their practice!
Very difficult to interact with, as with other reviews, I had a nasty time with receptionist. She tried to make everything adversarial. Will happily update if things improve. They do not offer a refill line which made me call front desk with questions, the person there told me there was a refill line and I should have called it. I continuously tried to explain but she talked over me and got very angry/nasty. edit: nursing staff was awesome

Terrible office with LW. She was insulting and demeaning. She fabricated and falsified a visit summary due to "anger" issues. An overall bad experience.
