So far I have only gone for annual physical. Always pleasant. The problem is follow through! None of my RX's were renewed and I cannot get them to call in a refill...been off one med for 4 days now. This does not say concern for pt health to me. Update: 2/5/2026: they have totally ignored my refill request for 4 days. I ran out and am withdrawing from med. No sign of compassion.

Love my PCP but the customer service and the people that answer the phone aren't worth a single star. Every year we pay more and more for healthcare and every year we get less and less in return. I left 4 messages over a week and a half with no call backs. The person at the desk said "we saw that you called," and that was the end of it. Thanks. Tired of never getting anyone on the phone, and if you do it's guaranteed that they will be short and rude with you, and you will be expected to do all the work. Getting treated like ... read more

Very helpful reliable. I just went a different derection after tortaloni left and tried to stay with practice but was looking for more natural ways to cure my ongoing issues with back migraines and kneck. But the aprn was 100% kind and did everything she could to help me. The nurses and staff very help nice and also go above and beyond for their patients .

I truly hate the doctors office, but the staff at Brattleboro family medicine made my experience so much more comfortable! I’m happy I chose their practice!
