Very friendly staff
So far I have only gone for annual physical. Always pleasant. The problem is follow through! None of my RX's were renewed and I cannot get them to call in a refill...been off one med for 4 days now. This does not say concern for pt health to me. Update: 2/5/2026: they have totally ignored my refill request for 4 days. I ran out and am withdrawing from med. No sign of compassion. update 5/4/2026 Comapssion and kindness not a thing here, better ya know going in!

Love my PCP but the customer service and the people that answer the phone aren't worth a single star. Every year we pay more and more for healthcare and every year we get less and less in return. I left 4 messages over a week and a half with no call backs. The person at the desk said "we saw that you called," and that was the end of it. Thanks.
