We purchased our ebike here and they let us test ride, weigh pros and cons, and offered terrific service
Great people, very friendly and helpful. I was on a mission to rebuild my rear wheel and I needed spokes that would fit my new hub. On zero notice. He cut me 36 spokes and got me out of there in 30 min flat. After another shop in town really kinda screwed me over. They have a great sale going down right now. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I hold my self and others to very high standards. The only thing I can fault them for is having a slim selection. Not going back. Brought my bike in for a tune up. Took two-and-one half weeks, and when I got the bike back (with its new rear wheel and gear sprockets), my first ride was AWFUL! Felt like I was dragging 200 lbs behind me! I assumed the fault was with me, so I didn't go looking for a defect; the bike had just been tuned up, so why SHOULD there be something wrong with it?
