Not going back. Brought my bike in for a tune up. Took two-and-one half weeks, and when I got the bike back (with its new rear wheel and gear sprockets), my first ride was AWFUL! Felt like I was dragging 200 lbs behind me! I assumed the fault was with me, so I didn't go looking for a defect; the bike had just been tuned up, so why SHOULD there be something wrong with it? She was very helpful over the phone and I set up an appointment for a test ride. I arrived early and was willing to wait until my appointment time, but she immediately started helping me. I had the opportunity to learn about and test ride two different bikes around the neighborhood.
