They have a beautiful selection of flowers but I was really disappointed by the "bouquet" I received. First, when I walked in, I wasn't greeted by anyone. I tried approaching a few employees and the third finally offered to help me. The others basically ignored me. When I finally got to order by bouquet, I gave them my budget and a color scheme. Let me begin by saying that I have been let down so many times by 1800flowers and FTD that I couldn't imagine that trying them again would be any different (the last two times I ordered from either company, their "florists" basically just went to a local supermarket to buy horrible flowers, took no care in presentation, etc). SO happy with the bouquet I ordered from Brattle Square. I live in Arizona and wanted to send a bouquet to a friend. The flowers were delivered only a day after I placed my order and they were gorgeous. They also accomodated my request to only use cat safe flowers. Highly recommend!
