Hoke's communication prior to dropping off the vehicle was excellent. He did a thorough job, and was able to go a step further to remove several surface scratches off of the hood. He is also super friendly. Really appreciate the work.
FAbulous communication and service. My car was cleaned to brand new perfection after a tough winter. What I loved the most was the fact that the products used were neutral and not a problem for me to get into the car right after then cleaning and drive away. Would highly recommend.

The work here was soooo thorough. He made the used car I got look like brand new! I couldn't believe how clean it was. No detail was spared. I had tried to get some pet hair out of it with a hand vacuum myself and couldn't get much out. The shampoo did wonders and no fragrance was used in the cleaner, so baby was very happy with that.
Bratt Detail is the best in New England, you won’t get a better detail anywhere. I was astonished at how fresh and clean he got my car, inside and out. Thanks Hoke!!
