No one ever WANTS to get body work done, but these guys were on it from the very first phone call. Always professional and upfront and did a GREAT job working with my insurance. 10 out of 10 would recommend them!!!! The work they did was flawless!
The guy was a dick. My brother lost his tire coming home and called Bratfish so they could tow it up the driveway to his school. He came up to the window of my car when I was checking on my brother (who is still a new driver) and said "here's the thing, I need to get paid" before saying he can't take card or check. Other towing companies my family has used take cards. I don't carry $190 on me and a 17 year old wouldn't have that money just sitting in his wallet. $190 is also a ripoff.

My car was towed to Bratfish after being rear ended. Every auto body place my insurance tried to send my car to was going to be weeks/months before it could even be looked at. I called Bratfish since my car was already there and they were able to look at the car and get the quote to my insurance that same day.
