After three visits to repair a brand new refrigerator, this company quit taking my calls. The store who sold me the fridge reached them and they were told on two separate occasions that he would call me that day. I never received a call from him. I have had to start completely over. I wouldn't give them any stars if it were possible.

I've had the displeasure of dealing with Bratchers appliance twice through their service relationship with Lowe's. Both interactions have involved poor communication, misinformation, and delay. Unfortunately I'm required to give one star to post this review when zero stars would be more appropriate.

Needed my kitchen aid ice maker repaired, kitchen aid set up an appointment for them to come out. They looked at it for 5 mins and said they will replace ice maker and it will take 2 to 3 days for the new one to come in. They never came back and stopped answering my calls. I contacted kitchen aid and they read the work order saying it was already repaired. They are just conartist.
