We're quite pleased with the outcomes of the air duct cleaning. The service was prompt and efficient, leaving us with cleaner air and a fresher home.
STAY AWAY!!!! They installed our new HVAC unit last year and then this year the parts started breaking. My house almost caught on fire because they wouldn’t answer calls to come and fix a broken switch. Weeks later, they still won’t call us back. Our HVAC now has a leak. Thankfully, our new hvac company has been great and they’ve been fixing all of Bratcher’s mistakes.
