Excellent electrician. Very professional. Repaired my septic pump power line that was damaged during yard work. Completed repair promptly within time and budget that was discussed ahead of time. Discussed pros and cons of different options. Would recommend for any electrical project without hesitation.
I highly recommend Derrick and Bratcher Electric for electrical services, in particular, the installation of EV chargers. Derrick came all the way from near Jackson, MS to the New Orleans area and was able to install my EV charger in less than a day. There were some hiccups along the way, which necessitated Derrick to go to local hardware stores for extra supplies, but he communicated this and every other measure he was taking with a pleasant demeanor and setting realistic expectations.
