I am happy to recomend bratcher and thank mike bratcher for going the extra mile to f our kohler generator. They had installed it new a few years ago and we had constant problems that kohler never helped with. Finally mike brought in anoutside expert who was able to diagnose and fix problem. The expert and other bratcher technicians had mentioned how poorly kohler helped their distributors with technical help and advice. My experience with Bratcher was awful. Bratcher installed a 20 kw whole home generator at my house in 2012. The first time we have a power outage the generator didn't work. This company is either not very good at what they do or they have no pride in their work. Their customer service is lacking. To go with the generator I wanted regular service as well.
