Take your car here! The owner was very helpful very understanding great problem solver great attitude went above and beyond on the job. I had a little dent on my trunk that wasn’t even part of the accident and he went ahead and fixed it for me! Overall great experience if I ever have an issue with an auto body situation again I will be returning! Best experience ever!
I had an excellent experience during my recent visit to Bratch Auto Body, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. My 2010 Prius was badly damaged when a tire from another car flew into my vehicle while I was driving on local highway 169. This happened on a Saturday morning just five days before Thanksgiving, and based on the damage, I honestly thought I’d be without a car for the entire holiday. They were incredible and super sweet people. They helped me get my passenger side window replaced within hours of calling after it was broken. The price was great as well and they answered all the questions I had. We will be back if we need help again.
10/10 experience on the work done and customer service! They dealt with my insurance (Geico) to get an updated claim amount, performed the work in a reasonable time, and my car turned out perfect. They were so kind and communicative the whole time. Highly recommend!
