DO NOT GO HERE! My second time bringing my baby here and it will be the LAST time. They braided her hair so tight it pulled out a CLUMP OF HAIR in the front AND back edges. Look at my baby hair there’s literally a patch. I’m taking her hair out and this clump of hair just FELL right out like it was fake. never again
I go there because my favorite braider is there now. 5 star rating for my stylist. 3 star rating for the business just based on my experiences with other braiders/receptionists and things I've witnessed. Overall, decent place.
Great experience every time. Women are good with children. Prices are high but it’s in line with the new kids prices everywhere. I also don’t like being subjected to other children that are tender headed or don’t want their hair done. First visit scared my very young g daughter. An older girl was going crazy, flipping, screaming, urinated in the chair. It was traumatizing to watch. That mother was there and was trying to help. The hairstylist was being so kind and patient. Well let me start by saying I’ve had a bittersweet journey here at the brat box! I’ve been a loyal customer supporting Geneva and her business faithfully with scheduling appointments for my 3 daughters who hair was always slayed by the finest and top stylists that ever step foot inside of Brat Box!
