BRAT BOX KID BRAIDS has bright colors, but the atmosphere felt dark, unwelcoming, and unnecessarily hostile. I made an appointment but never received a confirmation. I emailed four days beforehand and received no response. When I arrived at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, I was told my appointment had never been scheduled and my daughter would be treated as a walk-in.
