Per the review by Donna with one star.. Making you wait for the doctor the call in a rx is the law. If the previous owner was billing your insurance or filling prescriptions before the prescription was sent that is insurance fraud, illegal filling of a prescription per the dea and bank fraud as he was profiting off illegal prescriptions.
