Customer for several years. Brought rugs in for cleaning. Price quoted was overly expensive for size and material. Prices have increased every year with zero breaks or decent incentives for repeat customers other than 10% drop off. Consider patronizing other reasonably priced rug cleaning companies in Sussex who aren't so greedy!
Had Ernest at our condo this morning and got a very worn and embarrassingly stained carpet looking great again. It's just used by family and friends but needed a good cleaning and we're happy with his results. Was put on their stand-by list and got a spot later that day for the next morning. Worked out great.
I just received my carpets back. Totally disappointed in the results of our large area carpet. Looks dirtier than it did before the cleaning. It looks like it was wash and rinsed in dirty water. So disappointed.......
