I just received my carpets back. Totally disappointed in the results of our large area carpet. Looks dirtier than it did before the cleaning. It looks like it was wash and rinsed in dirty water. So disappointed.......
Did a great job cleaning my large area rug. Was told it would take about 2 weeks and it actually was done in 3 days!
