Edit: After living with our new kitchen for about a month now, I want to add: if your general contractor/project manager is Tim, I’d highly recommend requesting someone else. We keep finding sloppy work throughout. Our blinds fell down because he didn’t secure them properly and used the wrong mounting hardware — it’s clear he didn’t keep track of our original screws and hardware for reinstallation. I would give them negative stars if I could. Every single plumbing fixture they installed has needed fixing, most of the appliances were not installed correctly, plumbing leaks causing newly installed cabinets to be ruined and moldy, floating sinks glued on and not bolted on correctly, cabinets that have warped in less than a year, front door damaged because they didn’t use the right finish, brand new floors damaged because their cabinet maker continued to build cabinets inside on unprotected floors, painters painted over sa... read more

As a business owner myself, I can understand how construction projects could run into unexpected challenges. Delays happen, mistakes happen, and no project is ever completely perfect.
