My wife and I purchased our Home from Brasstacks. They did a great job we love it.
Left me with an incomplete whole house project. Failed to deliver multiple items on the build plan. Multiple items constructed in a way that damaged pre-existing good structure. This company will no call no show to client meetings and failed to deliver the majority items at a quality that they state in their agreement. If you want a a company that has no idea what project management and expects you the client to manage the project and is in to just take your money and leave you something that children could have constructed.... read more

Kevin stopped by my home in the Brasstacks car after seeing me struggle with a massive cardboard box not being able to be picked up by the neighborhood recycling. He offered to break it down and take it to the dump since he goes daily. I was shocked at how kind of a gesture this was and feel compelled to make sure his future customers know he’s a great guy! We have plans for a future renovation and will definitely be contacting Brasstacks.
I can’t speak more highly of this company and its dedication to quality. Every detail is thought through and they provide their clientele some of the best work in the business. If you’re looking for a remodel, large or small, you won’t be disappointed
