Over $5000 in valuables were stolen in broad daylight. I can't help but think that the thieves had prior knowledge of the contents and location where valuables were stored. How could the thieves know or control visitors to the units and building in question? The Page Rd facility is not secure. I wrote the owners about amy concerns and have not heard from them. Facility is old and not in good repair. Entrance gate is in shambles. Video cameras are props, the staff said they didn't work. Doors on storage unit dont seal, leaves, dirt and debris blows in your unit and coats your belongings. Also theres a rat and cockroach infestation. Find a new facility.
