If partial points were possible, I would give a 3.7. The salmon rillette was properly seasoned and prepared. As for the crispy Scallops, they were cooked to perfection and the crispy topping was flavorful. However, the scallops themselves lacked a bit of salt that would've taken them to the next level. This dish also took over 30 minutes to arrive after my appetizer.
