Ordered room service and was told it would be 40 minutes. Tried to call at 1 hr 15 and no answer. Went down there only to learn that no one put the order in and at that point I had to leave. Staff didn’t seem to care.
I can’t give this place enough stars! My kids and I do an annual holiday trip to downtown Seattle. We were staying at a neighboring hotel and it was a huge let down. We came in for dinner and I explained what was going on an our amazing serving Brandon made the coolest drinks for my boys to help turn the night around- the food was also delicious.
