Jack was lovely and very determined to find out what the issue was – when it was decided it couldn’t be fixed he then made a very creative suggestion that allowed us to enjoy our Christmas Day in the cool. Would highly recommend Tim and Jack at Brasser Electrical.
My air-conditioner died during an electrical storm. Brasser charged me $30,000 for a $12,000 air conditioner when they became aware the insurance would pay for the claim. They left the old unit in the attic space rather than remove it and also did not replace the vents with new vents until I complained. Rang on 2 separate occasions and asked for someone to come out …… nothing! Rang a competitor in Noosa , he sent someone out the next day. Sent a text keeping me up to date. Service was prompt and professional. That’s how to run a business Brassers!
