Brasser just saved the day for us again, repairing a broken A/C at one of our holiday rentals on the hottest day of the year. My air-conditioner died during an electrical storm. Brasser charged me $30,000 for a $12,000 air conditioner when they became aware the insurance would pay for the claim. They left the old unit in the attic space rather than remove it and also did not replace the vents with new vents until I complained.
