Horrible place, had an appointment booked for my sick daughter (she is 5) on a Saturday and they refused to see her unless we paid an additional $85 charge on top of the Medicare Cover. She is also covered by a low income earner concession card. It's sickening that they don't actually care about the patient, they just want your money!
We've been with the Clinic for seven years. When Dr Andrew retired, I missed him a great deal, and found him very hard to replace. But Dr Manzari came this year and I am back to being very grateful for her abilities,empathy, and relaxed manner. She really listens, then acts. Wonderful doctor, a real asset to the practice.
If you have a chronic pain illness do NOT book with Dr David Park. I spent 6 months in writhing agony which also affected my mental health. Ended up moving interstate to see a pain specialist for proper care. He will direct you to holistic care when some people just need science. Incredibly negligent medical care, zero empathy yet claims to enjoy carrying for chronic illness patients.
Prescribed antibiotics for absolutely no reason because she couldn’t be bothered finding out what’s actually wrong. “Come back after you’ve taken this to see if this unknown issue has improved” Waste of money to visit and absolutely no regard for well being.
