We've been with the Clinic for seven years. When Dr Andrew retired, I missed him a great deal, and found him very hard to replace. But Dr Manzari came this year and I am back to being very grateful for her abilities,empathy, and relaxed manner. She really listens, then acts. Wonderful doctor, a real asset to the practice.
If you have a chronic pain illness do NOT book with Dr David Park. I spent 6 months in writhing agony which also affected my mental health. Ended up moving interstate to see a pain specialist for proper care. He will direct you to holistic care when some people just need science. Incredibly negligent medical care, zero empathy yet claims to enjoy carrying for chronic illness patients.
Prescribed antibiotics for absolutely no reason because she couldn’t be bothered finding out what’s actually wrong. “Come back after you’ve taken this to see if this unknown issue has improved” Waste of money to visit and absolutely no regard for well being.
We have been going to Brassall Clinic since 2010. The last few years going there have been made much more enjoyable by the greeting and friendly service we received from a receptionist, Cassandra. She sadly is no longer there, her bright and bubbly personality and extraordinary patient care always cheered us as we know it did other patients too.
