I was very happy to purchase my wife some flowers and get them delivered to her work so I called up as soon as the shop opened and placed my order I specifically mentioned when my wife would finish work and directly asked if these flowers could be delivered in a timely manner as to insure my wife would get these flowers I was assured and promised that it would not be a problem at all and that she will most definitely get them whilst at work. This florist does not deserve one star! you should be able to leave no stars.. the worst experience with a florist ever. the flowers were dead, when found. The person who ordered the flowers wondered why I never said anything about their flowers, so I went looking for them. they where left in heat all day from morning till early night. (on one of the hottest days) no phone call to me, as they had been supplied it and I was also home all day to receive. all this was discussed with the florist owner angela, of brassall florist... read more
