I am staying in Dawson for work and booked an appointment here. From the minute I walked in, late I might add as work delayed me a bit, I was made to feel at home. I normally like to be in and out as quick as possible, less chatting the better. I don't go to get my hair done for social hour. went for a cut and color charged me over 400..I cried all the way home ...Never ever again..you are not a Vancouver high end salon I should mention It wasn't the hair dresser a(she's great). ..

Absolutely horrendous. Cut about 12" off my hair, all while dry. After washing I asked for some texture, framing, shaping, anything to kind of clean up the hacking... and was told "I think that's a big enough change for today". I hate it, its so uneven. I've never felt embarrassed about the way my hair looks before this. I still feel incredibly self conscious about it and it's been about a month since "the incident".
