Looks like just another lazy, "fly-by-night" tiny-shingle real estate agent. We had the unfortunate experience of entering under contract for one of Michael Velardi's listings. During negotiations, he refused to take part in any dialogue between parties, ignoring any communication. Our agent had to negotiate directly through the seller's attorney.
