Our condo and hosts were terrific. Location is close to beach, shopping and resturants.

The elevator at the brass rail 308 has been broken for almost a month now. Has had multiple complaints, and still not fixed or trying to get fixed. Very hard for handicapped person to use condo when the elevator is not working, and the elevator is advertised online.
We stayed here through an airbnb listing. Unfortunately, this association hasn't done the best job with upkeep. The pool area is decent, and the location is great. But we had many gripes. The first was that the elevator was not working while we were there, and our apartment was on the top floor. Also, the stairs were filthy and needed to be patched in places. The 2nd gripe was the lack of recycling. The 3rd was the back walkway - from the garage to the back pool entrance or to the beach - was infested with mosquitos. It was ... read more
