Very disappointed with my experience with the management of this location. I recently purchased a set of frames and lenses, and within 6 months the arms had loosened to point of one of the arms falling off. Having worn glasses my whole life, I understand that occasional tightening / maintenance is required - however maintenance to the point of losing an arm within 6 months leads to a vendor / manufacturer defect. I have been seeing Carla at their Mount Royal branch for many many years. She has been amazing in helping me pick the right frames and provides great professional advice. I have also dealt with a few others there occasionally and they were very helpful and knowledgeable as well. They have a huge variety of frames and I always find something unique and stylish. This is my go to place for quality glasses and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

She is extremely personable, very knowledgable, asked me what type of glasses and look I wanted and provided great feedback. I appreciated her honesty in helping me select new frames.
