I have been seeing Carla at their Mount Royal branch for many many years. She has been amazing in helping me pick the right frames and provides great professional advice. I have also dealt with a few others there occasionally and they were very helpful and knowledgeable as well. They have a huge variety of frames and I always find something unique and stylish. This is my go to place for quality glasses and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
If I could give 10 stars for the service I received today I would. Crystal provides exceptional customer service. She is extremely personable, very knowledgable, asked me what type of glasses and look I wanted and provided great feedback. I appreciated her honesty in helping me select new frames. I will absolutely go back and see Crystal the next time I am looking for new glasses. I also found the selection in the store to be varied in style choices from more conservative to very edgy.
