Not only do they have gorgeous jewellery and offer bespoke items. They also offer a wonderful repairs service that beat local competitors on price and time. Super happy with my silver bracelet! Definitely recommend

Brass Monkeys created a unique ring, from a ring that could no longer be worn and had sadly sat in a draw for over 10 years. From my initial meeting my ideas were listened to and the design developed beautifully. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates and expectations agreed about date of completion. Brass Monkeys team made a bespoke necklace as a birthing gift for my niece. A lovely pendant with her initial and a starfish to represent growing up by the sea. They we're incredibly thorough, helpful, kind and have made a brilliant lifelong keepsake for her.

I cannot praise this business highly enough. I had need of some jewellery repairs and also wanted ideas for remodelling projects. The staff were helpful, highly professional and efficient. I live out of the area so I left my jewellery behind and continued designing and discussing via email. The repairs were completed well, at a reasonable cost. My remodels are fabulous!! Thank you to a wonderful business.

I popped in to Brass Monkey to see if they were able to repair a necklace by supplying and fitting a new clasp. Not able were they able to do that but they were kind enough to do it there and then for me - appreciate it was a quick and straightforward job for a skilled jeweller to do and not all repairs would be like this but I was really taken by the kind and courteous customer service as well as the quality of the repair.
