Not sure if they are incapable or dishonest but my order was never filled after 3 months with "0" correspondence. They don't answer the phone and will not return emails. Will probably see a charge slipped in on future credit card bill. Super Shady Outfit. Do not do business with them. Save yourself the aggravation.
Do not order. I had placed an order in February, email confirmation said 3-4 weeks. It is now may, I have sent 5 emails, 12 phone calls and messages, and nothing has been returned. The office/ phone number has no one working. You need to press 0 to even get a ring. Scam? I am so saddened. I really wanted this Whitehall sign and now I am out hundreds. With no customer service or reply in months it does not look like I am ever going to receive my order.
You guy's aren't open anymore
They are a licensed vendor for a manufacturer, Whitehall Products. I ordered an item from Brass Gallery on 6/21. They did not place the order with the manufacturer until 7/13. It's now 8/24 and the item is still not finished by Whitehall, but I finally figured out the mystery - that Brass Gallery itself accounted for 3 weeks of delays by not sending in this order - nor did they mention it to me these last two months until I found out by calling Whitehall myself.
