I cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt at Brass City Tattoo! He did an absolutely beautiful sleeve on my mom, and the work is truly stunning. Chloe is such an incredibly talented artist! I booked with her after seeing work she did on my friend and I cannot say enough good things about her work. I drove an hour and a half just to see her. She did a Scottish thistle for me and I cannot get over her attention to detail...it is so beautiful!!
