Just came here with my son. Did a 3 lap race for $120 ...I don't know if they changed policies but they only let me go half speed for all 3 races and the last race bumped me down for at least half the time...if I wanted to go slow I'd go to bumper karts .. not the experience I was used to but will be my last time coming here, If you want to go fast go somewhere else

don’t ever go here, worst experience I’ve ever had from a racing perspective and a customer service perspective. Our race stopped 4 or 5 times out of 12 laps. 3/4 karts had to be changed during the race. When spoken to manager for a refund ( Rima Patel ) was rude, she told her own employee to shut up right infront of me which is crazy. Then tried to say she’s not refunding the full amount, only for 1 of the karts that’ll we get our money back. Absolutely ridiculous, DO NOT EVER GO HERE
Vary nice good go carts and track. Axe throwing is cool and nice people good service
