We booked this space for a private lesson for my niece's birthday and it was such good experience. When we booked, it was very easy to get in touch with the right person and it was a completely reasonable cost. Our teacher, MK, was so kind and helpful and we learned so much in our hour! My niece got a little gift at the end and we all made plans to come back. Beautiful studio, awesome staff, we were so impressed!
Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and Rigid Policies I recently visited Brass Butterflies Studio in Waterloo, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Due to heavy snow and slippery roads, I chose to drive cautiously, which resulted in me being 10 minutes late. This is such an amazing studio to be apart of. All the teachers and staff are beyond welcoming, encouraging and so supportive during your class! The environment is so open, welcoming and feels so safe. The receptionist (Alexa) is so helpful, informative, and super supportive to help give you the best classes for your needs and wants but also is super helpful when giving you all options available to meet your financial needs! Wish I could give a higher review!
