Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and Rigid Policies I recently visited Brass Butterflies Studio in Waterloo, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Due to heavy snow and slippery roads, I chose to drive cautiously, which resulted in me being 10 minutes late. This is such an amazing studio to be apart of. All the teachers and staff are beyond welcoming, encouraging and so supportive during your class! The environment is so open, welcoming and feels so safe. The receptionist (Alexa) is so helpful, informative, and super supportive to help give you the best classes for your needs and wants but also is super helpful when giving you all options available to meet your financial needs! Wish I could give a higher review!
My new favourite performance outlet! Such a comfortable and supportive space to learn, create, and meet new people. My first class was such a great experience, I immediately signed up for more. They also have drop-in classes and practice times. Cannot stress how wonderful and supportive these folks are! 10/10
