We booked this space for a private lesson for my niece's birthday and it was such good experience. When we booked, it was very easy to get in touch with the right person and it was a completely reasonable cost. Our teacher, MK, was so kind and helpful and we learned so much in our hour! My niece got a little gift at the end and we all made plans to come back. Beautiful studio, awesome staff, we were so impressed!
Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and Rigid Policies I recently visited Brass Butterflies Studio in Waterloo, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Due to heavy snow and slippery roads, I chose to drive cautiously, which resulted in me being 10 minutes late.
