very good service and quality of sofa. Delivered within stated time and in 2 days. All the other furniture stores were a 2week waiting period. Very happy with my service
Worst furniture purchase experience ever. Unprofessional delivery, terrible customer service. Two months since our original delivery date and still waiting on our exchange furniture and for Braslau's to fix our wall they damaged during delivery.
I have found Braslaus to be a fine business and all products to be good. What I dont like is their policy to let their delivery person make a seperate in house verbal deal to deliver the same day for money ,without a reciept or written agreement, when the reciept says free delivery if Braslaus deliveres it when they can. When I spoke to the manager he said even though the delivery person works at Braslaus and was working there at the time that he is allowed to make seperate deals from Braslaus to deliver in his own time.the ... read more
