Not a place I would recommend, for starters the communication from this place is horrible, after leaving several voice messages no one ever called me back, after almost a month it took to service my hedge trimmer when I finally got back I went to use it and the pull cord was very hard to pull and the fuel was leaking which caused the engine to smoke (neither was an issue previously) I took it back and after several days I had to finally call only to be told it's not worth fixing it, the machine only had 2 seasons then I was ... read more
This was a horrible experience from the moment I dropped off my machine back in early July till today it's just been a really bad customer service experience the communication here is atrocious. My hedge trimmer which only had to seasons on it (fathers day gift) began to stall on me so I looked up small engine repair near me and found this place, after reading some reviews I decided to give them a try what a big mistake, from not returning my calls, telling me the small engine tech comes on Mondays only and finally servicing... read more
